Assessment

Through this assessment, you'll not only learn about yourself, but you'll also acquire the wisdom to thrive in the face of change. It's about embracing transitions as stepping stones to your next adventure, and you are the author of your story.  

Goal alignment and setting

We will assess the alignment between your transitional goals and your core values. You will understand the importance of setting meaningful, values-based goals. 

Coaching Sessions and notes

We will engage in 1 on 1 sessions where we discuss your goals and identify any roadblocks that may be in the way. We will work on keeping you accountable on the path to your goals. I will send follow up notes with a quick summary of our conversation.

I will be available to you via email, should you want to send me any attachments, or should you want to engage in a lengthy conversation in written form. Please note that in addition to being available to you throughout the duration of our coaching package, I will also be available to you 1 week after.
